Living alone can be lonely and isolating. Our helpers will enhance your quality of life by spending time with you to socialise, facilitate your hobbies by taking you to your preferred social groups and places of interests including short breaks and holidays. This will minimise or prevent the impact of loneliness and isolation, known to contribute to poor quality of life, stress and consequently poor mental and physical health. It will also help you learn new skills and improve your quality of life.
